Meet Our Founder

Robbie McBride, MA, DUT, DipPR

Communications Leader | PR Strategist | Social Scientist

Robbie McBride is a communications leader and public relations strategist with experience spanning higher education, hospitality, B2B SaaS, workforce development, and organizational communications. With a background in socio-economic anthropology, Robbie brings a unique lens to communications—looking beyond messaging to understand how leadership, organizational culture, and operational systems surrounding people and work shape workplace experiences and outcomes. This interdisciplinary perspective spanning communications, culture, human behaviour, and workforce engagement informs all of her work.

Throughout her career, Robbie has led teams and collaborated with stakeholders across international environments, supporting complex projects and initiatives involving global brands and organizations, including Pepsi, SoftBank, and Johnson & Johnson. She has led large-scale communications initiatives, produced executive livestream programming featuring high-profile business leaders such as Grant Cardone and Brandon Steiner, and managed events and professional programming initiatives, including leadership events featuring Stephen M. R. Covey. These experiences have strengthened her ability to navigate diverse perspectives, build meaningful relationships, and create communication systems that support both people and organizational performance.

Robbie is also Co-Founder of REAL Hospitality Network (RHN), and is a formally trained Public Relations practitioner. She holds an MA in Cultural Anthropology, a Diploma in University Teaching, has specialized training in Autism and Neurodiversity in the Workplace, and is completing a Certification in Neurodiversity Coaching.

Writing sits at the heart of Robbie’s passions, and she always has a notebook handy. Outside of Xenia, she is a dedicated yoga practitioner and CYT-200 hr teacher with training in functional anatomy and nervous system regulation. She enjoys spending time with her family, and her Italian Daniff, Mini, who believes she is a full-time member of the Xenia team.
